Dr. Divya Walia is a freelance editor and trainer and is associated with various agencies in India and abroad for the editing and training assignments. She has taught Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at S.S Jain Subodh P.G. College, Jaipur,; The IIS University, Jaipur; Amity University, Jaipur; and Mody Institute, Laxmangarh as an Assistant Professor. Her area of specialization is ELT and has been in the field of teaching and research for 17 years now. Her areas of interest include, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), Linguistics and Indian Writing in English. She has her papers published in many national and international journals on these subjects/areas. She has also authored and/or co authored three books, the latest being Interrogating Terrorism: Role of Media and Literature. She is also among the panelists for evaluation at various universities and colleges. Presently, she is also associated with SMILE, an NGO for girl education as a resource person and a rapporteur.
